Matthew W. Ottone

Matthew Ottone was born and raised in Salinas, California and received his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law. Mr. Ottone specializes in business law, real estate, and estate planning. He has extensive experience in counseling multi-generational family businesses for the purposes of succession planning, handling large-scale commercial real estate developments and transactions, and advising small businesses in entity formations and general business and corporate matters.

Mr. Ottone has served as an appointed member of several governmental boards and committees, including the City of Salinas Measure V Oversight Committee, the City of Salinas Redistricting Committee, the Monterey County Planning Commission and the City of Salinas Planning Commission. He currently serves as the President of the Palma School Foundation.

He is married to Stephanie (Aoyama) Ottone, and has three sons, Nick, Jake and Andy.
He is a member of the State Bar of California.
